Staff lease is usually carried out on the long-term basis, for off-season tasks performed mostly on the customer’s premises. Often these are support personnel, those working in delivery and reception. For these employees Overtime Staff acts as the official permanent employer with all the necessary obligations. Upon request, employees may be given various benefits package, e.g. voluntary medical insurance, cell phone and internet allowance, meal allowance, various one-time payments.
Overtime Staff takes care of necessary documents delivery and collection (applications, sick leave papers, etc.) at the customer’s office using the delivery services. Thus, the staff has no need to waste their time to commute to our office.
